There are two levels available. An introductory level for those recently appointed with little or no knowledge and a refresher course for those wishing to update their knowledge and skills. Both courses are aimed at providing the knowledge and skills to staff to enable them to provide Moving & Handling training to colleagues. The introductory course includes a competency test.

There is a choice of 2 courses

Moving & Handling for Trainers  (Train the Trainer Course) 

This intensive advanced level 4 day course will provide staff appointed as manual handling trainers with the knowledge and skills required to fulfill the duties of the role.

Moving & Handling Train The Trainer Course (Refresher)

This intensive advanced level 2 day course will provide manual handling trainers with updated knowledge and skills required to fulfill the duties of the role.
